In the Local Area

This opulent hotel lies right at the edge of Hyde Park – central, yet shielded by the park. Famous landmarks are waiting for you to discover them.

The Apsley House was designed and built in the late 1770’s and was originally the London residence of the first Duke of Wellington. It is a very wonderful building and you will be transported back in time, the moment you walk in.

Harrods is only a few steps away from this hotel! Do we need to mention that Harrods is the country’s most famous and luxurious department store?! It is absolutely enormous, so if you want to go shopping there, you might want to dedicate an entire day to it, as it is 4.5 acres. Even if you don’t want to buy anything, window shopping has never been more appealing than at this gorgeous store.

Close to the hotel there is the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Playground, an ideal place to relax with your children. The playground is actually a complex pirate ship in white sand and children up to 12 years old are allowed to discover its little treasures.
