What Is the Linq Hotel?

The Linq Hotel & Casino comprises a hotel, casino and shopping promenade on the Las Vegas Strip. It is owned by the Caesars Entertainment Corporation and used to be called the Flamingo Capri, Imperial Palace, and The Quad.

Since 2014, it’s been the Linq Hotel again. This luxe hotel underwent a complete overhaul in 2018, from its dining options to its rooms. Now, the pièce de résistance are exclusive penthouses designed by starchitects Tihany Design, Daun Curry, and Richmond International.

The Linq Hotel’s previous iterations (before the hotel became the stylish property it is now)  used to be a budget stay. Luckily, for all of us, rates are still on the very affordable side compared to the other hotels in this prime area of the Strip. Hotel guests are definitely getting a great deal when booking a night or several here.

Regarding amenities, there’s the casino, pool, spa, fitness center, several restaurants and bars, and a gallery with classic cars. We love how the remodel incorporated cool murals in the hotel that are an homage to Las Vegas. The spa has some unique features. Instead of the usual soothing spa music, you can listen to your tunes by connecting your player. Also, you get to pick your preferred aromatherapeutic scent. A great place to relax is the gorgeous Himalayan salt therapy cave.
Then, when you’re ready for some action, head to the pool party, rent a grand cabana, and sip a cocktail. At night, the Linq Hotel is aglow with a full calendar of great shows, from magic to music by top headliners. For dining, people love the coolly rustic Guy Fieri’s Vegas Kitchen & Bar and Hash House A Go Go for “Twisted Farm Food.”
